### Standard Terms (T/T)

- • 30% deposit confirms the order and starts production
- • 70% balance is due before shipment after trial assembly and pre-shipment photographs are approved
- • We send trial-assembly and pre-shipment photographs before requesting the balance
- • The 70% balance is paid after photo approval and before shipment

### What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ is approximately half the loading volume of a 20-foot container. Exact piece count depends on dimensions, total weight, model mix and crate layout.

### What payment methods do you accept?

A 30% deposit starts the order. After trial assembly and the pre-shipment photographs are approved, the remaining 70% is paid before shipment.

### Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Yes. One 15 × 15 cm stone colour and finish sample is free of charge, and the buyer pays the international courier cost. Because natural stone varies, the current production lot is reviewed separately. A full-size approval piece or finished monument sample can be quoted separately when required.

### What happens if a monument arrives damaged?

All shipments are photo-documented before crating. For transit damage: if you purchased marine insurance (recommended), file a claim with the insurer. For manufacturing defects that passed our inspection: we offer replacement or credit on your next order at our discretion.

### How do I communicate with your team during production?

Your dedicated project coordinator communicates via email or WeChat — whichever you prefer. You receive proactive photo updates at each production stage without having to ask. We operate on China Standard Time (GMT+8) and respond promptly during business days.
