From Your Sketch to Your Warehouse — Here's Exactly How It Works

We've streamlined the entire process so you can focus on selling, not managing logistics. Whether you're ordering 10 flat markers or 500 upright monuments, every order follows the same proven 6-step workflow.

01
Inquiry Stage

Send Us Your Requirements

Email or fill out our inquiry form with your monument specifications — sketches, photos, catalog references, or detailed dimensions. We accept all common formats including CAD/DWG files.

No commitment required. We respond promptly during China business hours (GMT+8).

Initial Phase

Receive Your CAD Drawing + Quote

Our in-house design team produces a precise 2D CAD drawing with full dimensions, material callouts, and finish specifications. You also receive an itemized FOB quote with per-piece pricing.

Revision scope is confirmed in the quotation, and production starts only after written drawing approval.

03
Approval Stage

Approve Drawing & Terms

Once you approve the final CAD drawing, we generate a Purchase Order with all specifications locked in. Standard T/T terms are a 30% deposit to start the order and a 70% balance before shipment after trial-assembly and pre-shipment photo approval.

A 30% deposit starts the order. After trial assembly and the pre-shipment photographs are approved, the remaining 70% is paid before shipment.

04
Production Schedule

Production with Progress Updates

Your monuments enter our production line: raw block selection — CNC cutting — polishing — engraving/carving — finishing. You receive photo updates at every key stage.

Production is typically about 30 days after the 30% deposit is received and drawings and stone/material details are approved. Complex custom orders are confirmed in the pro forma invoice; ocean transit is separate.

6-Point Quality Inspection & Packing

Every monument passes our 6-point inspection protocol. We send you final inspection photos + a packing video before crating. You can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas).

Inspection points: dimensional accuracy (precise tolerance), surface polish (high gloss finish), edge integrity, engraving detail, color consistency, crate construction.
