Wholesale monument ordering questions

What is the minimum order for wholesale monuments?

The MOQ is approximately half the loading volume of a 20-foot container. Exact piece count depends on dimensions, total weight, model mix and crate layout.

How long does monument production take?

Production is typically about 30 days after the 30% deposit is received and drawings and stone/material details are approved. Complex custom orders are confirmed in the pro forma invoice; ocean transit is separate.

Can I request a granite colour and finish sample?

One 15 × 15 cm stone colour and finish sample is free of charge; the buyer pays the international courier cost. The current production lot is reviewed separately because natural stone varies.

Can monuments ship by LCL or FCL?

Both LCL and FCL shipments are accepted. Loading plan, route, port and document scope are confirmed for each shipment.

What are the payment milestones?

A 30% deposit starts the order. After trial assembly and the pre-shipment photographs are approved, the remaining 70% is paid before shipment.

How is the order checked before shipment?

Inspection follows the buyer-approved drawing and specification. Tolerances, gloss and finish requirements apply only when agreed for the order.
