Questions from Monument Buyers

Stone sculpture FAQ

Can you make a cemetery statue from photographs?

Yes. Buyers can submit multiple clear reference photographs, required dimensions and the intended application. The approval method is agreed before carving begins.

Which natural stone is suitable for an outdoor sculpture?

Material selection depends on the required detail, finish, climate and local maintenance expectations. The exact stone and current batch sample should be approved for each project.

Can an angel or figure be integrated with a headstone?

Yes. The figure, inscription panel, base and installation interface can be developed as one buyer-approved monument assembly.

How are faces, hands and wings approved?

Critical details can be reviewed through drawings, models or staged production photographs. The required approval points are defined in the written project specification.

Do you carve non-religious and animal memorial subjects?

Yes. Our factory gallery includes animals, floral work, portrait-style reliefs and other custom memorial subjects developed from buyer-approved references.

Can you reproduce a supplied religious artwork?

Production requires buyer confirmation that the supplied reference, emblem, portrait or protected artwork may be used. Religious details must follow the buyer's approved design.

How is a sculpture checked before packing?

The factory can record overall dimensions, visible carving details and multiple finished views. Base holes and connection details are checked when they are included in the approved drawing.

Who handles installation at destination?

Installation is completed by the buyer or a locally qualified installer. Boda Stone supplies factory-made components and interfaces to the buyer-approved drawing.
