Questions before quoting

What belongs in your inquiry?

Prepare a complete granite monument inquiry with a fillable model schedule, material and finish details, destination and inspection requirements. Download or print.

What information do you need for a complete quotation?

Send your company and country, buyer type, model quantities, reference drawing or photo, material, dimensions, finishes and destination port.

For mixed orders, list each model separately. Add lettering or carving requirements, component details, packing needs, the requested trade term and your required delivery window. Mark unknown details as “to confirm” so they can be resolved explicitly.

How can I compare quotations from different factories?

Ask each factory to price the same model schedule and to state what is included and excluded.

Compare the same drawing revision, stone sample, finished dimensions, face-by-face finish, artwork, quantity, inspection, packing, delivery term and named place. Check currency, price validity and payment milestones before comparing totals.

What is the usual minimum order?

The usual MOQ is approximately half the loading volume of a 20-foot container; the exact order mix is reviewed before confirmation.

Weight and volume are separate checks for a half-container order, and neither is a fixed payload or piece count. Provide the dimensions and quantities so the actual weights and crate layout can be checked.

See the current order policy →

Can I send a mixed order or request faster production?

Yes. List each model and quantity, and state your required delivery date when asking for a review.

Both LCL and FCL shipments can be reviewed. Normal production is typically about 30 days after the 30% deposit and drawing/material approval; complex work and urgent schedules require written confirmation. Sea freight and destination delivery time are additional.

How do I send the completed inquiry pack?

Download or copy the completed text, then send it with your drawings and photographs through our quote form or by email.

This worksheet prepares a local document and does not send an inquiry by itself. Keep a copy before leaving the page. Attach reference files separately and identify their filenames in the model schedule.
