Customer requirements
The featured product is a personalized companion upright monument with a shallow curved top, two inscription areas, a central decorative motif and a separate rectangular base. The drawing separates the upright and base dimensions and identifies their visible finishes by surface.
The supplied drawing shows a black polished upright front, a polished base top and textured or rock-pitched visible base faces. This surface map matters because the complete set should not be described simply as “fully polished.”
Drawing and recorded dimensions
The supplied project drawing and QC sheets record the following component dimensions. The upright thickness and base height are separate component dimensions; neither one is the total monument height.
| Component | Recorded dimensions | Record shown |
|---|---|---|
| Upright die | 42 × 24 × 8 in / 1067 × 610 × 203 mm | Shop drawing and QC sheets |
| Base | 48 × 8 × 14 in / 1219 × 203 × 356 mm | Shop drawing and QC sheets |
| Assembled size | 48 × 14 × 32 in / 1219 × 356 × 813 mm | Measurement summary |
| Connection items | Two granite dowels are listed on the supplied drawing | Drawing material / part list |
These values are transcribed from the supplied project files. They do not replace the original drawing, measurement record or installation requirements.
Measurement, QC and trial assembly
The supplied QC materials show 2024-10-21 records for the Rodrigues monument, including order reference ROD-2024-016 and QC-ADM-001. The images show measurement positions for width, thickness, base height and assembled height, plus a trial-assembly view. The visible result fields state the outcomes shown on those supplied sheets.
These are our workshop inspection records from October 2024, before the December shipment. For your order, we can discuss which measurements, drawing version and inspection photos you need before packing.
Production and loading outcome
The workshop images show the upright and separate base together, including the finished black granite surface and the trial-fit presentation. The loading photograph shows wooden crates for the upright and base prepared inside a 20-foot container.
The complete U.S. order shipped in December 2024 in four containers. The featured monument shown here is one design from that order.
Project questions
What was the upright thickness?
The supplied drawing and QC materials record an 8-inch upright thickness, equivalent to 203.2 mm.
What was the base size?

Was this a four-monument order?
No. Four containers describes the complete order scale. It is not the quantity of the featured monument.
